Course Summary

Intro to Theater is an all-encompassing introduction to Theater. This course will give an overview of acting techniques, backstage work, theater history, and the vocabulary anyone working on the stage should know. This is a perfect course for someone curious about theater, who wants to know more about this historic art form!

Assignments are a combination of performances, vocabulary exercises and quizzes, and design projects. 

Attendance and participation is extremely important in this course. There will be deadlines for all assignments, which must be followed in order for all course content to be covered within the semester.
