Food & Well Being

The food that you put into your body has a major impact on your physical body, your emotions, and your everyday actions and behaviors. Food can be a natural healer to our bodies if we consume the right combination of nutrients needed to defend and protect our organs and maintain bodily functions. If every person chose to eat the correct combination of vitamins, minerals, fats, proteins, and carbohydrate to support their individual needs the entire population of the planet would be living longer lives, experience less illness, and be happier overall!

1. Watch the videos in EACH of the sections below. 

2. Answer the 3 Follow Up questions that are paired with each video, using the information from the video to complete your answers.
*I recommend you type your answers for all 4 Well-Being sections in 1 Google Doc* 

3. WHEN ALL 4 SECTIONS ARE FINISHED (I recommend you type them up in a Google Doc) and you have written a clear, complete response to each question using the video information SHARE (if in Google Drive) or email all of your answers to Mrs. Marcell:

4. Once all answers have been received and corrected, you will be given a total of 8 units for this lesson.
